DiscoApe Sports is a brand of DiscoApe Creative, LLC. All photographs on this website are the exclusive property of DiscoApe Creative, LLC and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

IF YOU'RE IN THE PHOTO, IT'S YOURS

Share it, print it, celebrate it. Use it for your own NIL deals, recruiting profiles, and sponsored posts. You don't need my permission and you never will. Two rules:

  1. Leave the watermark alone

  2. Credit the photo.

That applies to you, the athlete. If a brand or company wants to use the photo in their own advertising, that's on them to ask, not you.

EVERYONE ELSE

Family, friends, and anyone who just likes the shot:

  • View, download, and share images for personal use.

  • Share on personal social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

  • Print for private albums, keepsakes, or family archives.

SCHOOLS, TEAMS & ORGANIZATIONS

Schools, teams, booster clubs, and yearbooks may use DiscoApe photos free of charge for standard editorial and athletic promotion...

The Two Conditions:

  1. Credit the photo: Proper attribution is required.

  2. Prior Notification: Written notification must be sent to dan@discoapesports.com prior to publication, specifying where and how the images will be utilized.

MEDIA & OTHER OUTLETS

News organizations and other sports media can request images for editorial use. Ask first. Credit is required, and it's a photo credit, not a mention.

WATERMARKS, AI & ALTERATION

Do not remove, crop out, or obscure a DiscoApe watermark. Do not use AI tools, generative fill, or any other method to erase, cover, or reconstruct around one. Do not feed these images to AI models for training, upscaling, or generation. Do not alter an image in any way that changes what happened in it.

Watermarked images are branded on purpose. If you need a clean version, ask. You'll get one.

BRANDS & COMPANIES & COMMERCIAL USE

Prior written permission and a commercial license are strictly required for any commercial use of DiscoApe images. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any use by a for-profit brand, company, or corporation in advertising, marketing, social media campaigns, or promotional materials.

  • Selling, licensing, or redistributing any image.

  • Team or school posts that feature corporate sponsor logos, ticket promotions, or fundraising campaigns.

ATHLETE PROTECTION

Images may not be used to mock, harass, bully, or misrepresent any athlete, coach, official, or participant. This will NOT be tolerated on any level.

ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized or non-compliant use of these images will be met with a formal takedown request, and DiscoApe Creative, LLC reserves the right to pursue further legal remedies for copyright infringement.
